  1. Introduction
    Welcome to Dogsnavigator.com.ua, a social network for dog owners operated by Terenbrothers OÜ.
    By using our platform and mobile app, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use

  2. Definitions
    • User: An individual using the Dogsnavigator platform.
    • Platform: The website and mobile app Dogsnavigator.com.ua that enable dog owners to connect, share, and interact.
    • Content: Any information, photos, text, or other material posted or shared by users.
    • Service: The services provided by the Dogsnavigator platform.
  3. General Conditions
    The platform allows users to share dog-related content, including photos, posts, and location updates while walking dogs.
    Users must respect others, refrain from posting offensive content, and comply with applicable laws. Dogsnavigator reserves the right to remove inappropriate content
  4. User Obligations
    Users are required to:
    • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Use the platform responsibly and avoid spamming or sharing inappropriate content
    • Respect the privacy and personal space of other users, especially regarding location sharing.
  5. Intellectual Property
    Terenbrothers OÜ owns the Dogsnavigator platform and its content. Users retain ownership of the photos and posts they share but grant the platform a license to display and share this content within the platform.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    Terenbrothers OÜ is not liable for user-generated content or any damages resulting from the use of the platform, including any issues related to location sharing, content accuracy, or user interactions.
  7. Post Limits and Automatic Deletion
    To save server space, the platform's administration reserves the right to delete posts that are older than 90 days. Additionally, Dogsnavigator may limit the number of posts made by a single user within a 24-hour period.
  8. Account Termination
    We reserve the right to terminate user accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws. Users may also deactivate their accounts at any time by removing their account in My profile > My account > Remove account.
  9. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be subject to Estonian jurisdiction.
